In EHS, change often comes in the form of new safety protocols, regulatory shifts, or sustainability initiatives. This session equips leaders to gain buy-in, overcome resistance, and translate mandates into operational reality.

Participants will learn to engage teams early, communicate the “why,” and create a shared commitment to safer, smarter workplaces.

Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Gain stakeholder buy-in for new safety initiatives by framing changes in terms of operational efficiency, risk reduction, and employee well-being.
  2. Identify and address resistance early using structured change leadership tools to uncover concerns and convert skeptics into advocates.
  3. Integrate safety changes into daily workflows so new protocols become the default, not an add-on.
