Sustainable safety culture happens when every employee feels accountable. This session trains EHS leaders to use coaching and feedback to develop safety ownership in others — moving beyond rule enforcement toward empowerment.

Learn to ask better questions, guide reflective thinking, and create a culture where everyone actively contributes to risk prevention.

Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Use coaching conversations to increase accountability for safety behaviors across all levels of the organization.
  2. Deliver constructive feedback that sticks by connecting observations to real consequences and desired safety outcomes.
  3. Develop safety champions who influence peers and reinforce best practices without direct supervision.
